이렇게 답 메일이 왔네여~일단 제가 메일에다가 브이아이피 플레이 가능하다고 메일 보내놓고 왜 안해줬냐?빨리 조치 좀 취해달라~이런식으로 보냈구요~밑에 제 카드정보 주소 우편번호 이름~몇 달 결제할껀지
다시 보냈는데~~이 메일내용은 대충 무슨 뜻인가요?

이건 이메일 발송하면 자동적으로 날아오는 매크로 메일입니다.

그러니까 메일이 터바인에 도착은 했다는 것을 알려주기 위해 자동발송 되는 매크로 답변이지요.
그러나 직원이 읽지는 않았습니다 ㅋㅋ


Responses will typically take 3 to 5 business days 
<- 요게 답변을 받으려면 일반적으로 일하는 날 3~5 일이 걸린다는 말이고요.
(워낙 이메일 많이와서 직원이 읽어보려면 일하는 날 3일 이상 걸린다는 거죠)
주말끼면 답변 받는데 넉넉잡고 일주일 쯤 잡으셔야 합니다.


조기 보면 inquiry number 자동생성해서 날아온 것도 보이시죠?
그냥 서비스센터에 이메일 날아오면 생기는 자동생성 번호입니다. 
그래서 전에 미리 이메일보내고 inquiry 번호 따서 적어보낼 필요 없다고 한 거 였거든요.

답변을 기다리라는 내용이지만, 더 빠른 처리를 위해 제목 이나 다른거 바꾸지 말고 이 이메일에 그대로 리플라이 하라고 하네요. 그리고 답 메일에는 아래 정보를 보내라고 하네요.

요거랑 간단한 자기 사정을 덧붙이면, 내용 예시를 들자면...

I wanna register my credit card for updating to VIP account for 3 month auto pay plan.

But I think I cannot do it online because of the difficulty to recognize the foreign billing address.

-The Username of the Account  (어카운트 유저 네임)
-The First/Last name of the Credit Card Holder (카드에 적힌 영문 이름/성, 아버지 카드 쓸 경우 유저 이름과 다를수 있으니까요.)
-The Last Four Digits of the Card on File (카드 번호 12자리 중에 마지막 4자리 숫자)
-Billing Address  (카드 주소)

청구서가 미국에서 날라오는게 아니라, 카드사에서 원/달러로 환산한 가격을 터바인에게 지불한후, 카드사에서 님에게 청구가 되는겁니다. 터바인에서 주소등을 알려달라는것은 님의 신분과 카드사와의 본인확인차원이라고
생각할수 있습니다.
