저번에 이메일로 추가구매요청서 보냈다가 거부될때 온 이메일 내용은

흠 예전에는 추가결제 방법에 대해서 장황하게 답변을 보냈는데 이젠 그렇게 안보내나 보군요.

그래도 일단 이 이메일을 통해 교신하라고 되어 있으니 이 이메일주소를 사용하면 되겠는데..

Thank you for your inquiry.  Please note that we respond to all contacts as quickly as possible.  Please also note that sending multiple purchase requests may result in you being charged multiple times. Please do note that we generally are not able to respond to inquiries sent on the weekend, or on US holidays.

Please do not spam our support departments. 


We have processed a single charge of $49.99 and granted 6900 points to your account. 


In the future, you do not need to fax.  You can email your request to purchase points. If you respond to this email, you will receive an expedited response.  We cannot promise to answer immediately, but we do review responses before we review new inquiries.

When you email, be sure include the following:

-username of the account
-your first and last name
-the last 4 digits of your credit card
-the address on file
-the number of Turbine points you would like to buy
-the current cost for the points

Upon verification of this information we'll be happy to assist you.
