I am trying to cancel my account, but there's no cancel option. What's going on?

It looks like we have a bug where a player on a Game Card plan who switches to a recurring subscription cannot properly cancel from the website until the Game Card time expires, and the subscription converts to standard recurring.

Please submit an Account Support help request and we will take care of this for you. We will work towards resolving this problem ASAP.
